2. Services Offered
We provide authorized repair, restoration, and maintenance services for Hermes outlet small leather goods. All services are subject to availability, item condition assessment, and our internal quality standards. Quotes are estimates and may change after physical inspection.
3. Orders and Payments
- All orders require pre-authorization and full payment prior to service commencement.
- We accept major credit cards and secure online payments via Stripe.
- Payments are non-refundable once repair work has begun, except where services are not rendered due to our error.
4. Shipping and Handling
Customers are responsible for safe packaging and insured shipping to our facility. Hermes Outlet Small Repair Services is not liable for loss or damage during transit unless shipping is arranged directly through us. Return shipping is included in the service fee.
5. Warranty and Liability
We provide a 90-day limited warranty on labor and materials used in repairs. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage post-repair, or items not serviced by our certified technicians. Our total liability is limited to the original service fee.
6. Intellectual Property
